Refund Policy

At MCR, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return a product within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Equally, if goods are proved to be unsuitable, and within the products warranty period, these can be returned to us for an exchange.

Conditions for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

       Products must be returned carriage paid to MCR.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Returned products must arrive in a re-saleable condition.

• Bespoke items are not eligible for return.

• Services we provide to you (such as fitting a grille integration kit), once this has been done or we have started work is not eligible for a refund.

• Include a copy of the original purchase receipt and the sender's name and address.

• This guarantee applies only to items purchased directly from the MCR website. 

We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit or undelivered, so please retain proof of postage to make a claim if needed.
